I think it is important to understand that while most people do not agree with 47’s views on immigration, his speech at the UN had two audience:
1. 47’s US MAGA base
2. Ultra-right wing nationalist movements in many European countries as well as the United Kingdom. I invite you to look at the Spanish Partido Popular and Vox. They are using the exact same talking point and use very similar tactics. And, the Gen Z gen are being heavily courted by these nationalists movements. 47’s speech will be used as propaganda in certain European circles.
