There will be some who try to spin it as a loss for the progressive wing, but it’s hard not to trace this to her disastrous first-draft Thanksgiving answer.

But in fairness to Graham, she really isn’t being handed the permanent seat — and even with Trump’s endorsement, she couldn’t crack 40 percent, let alone 50. She’ll proceed to a runoff in two weeks against Ralph Norman.
